Ordinary People Making an Extraordinary Difference

Leadership Development – Using an intensive, hands-on leadership development model, we train ordinary people to lead their communities and equip them with tools to act in their interests and make truly extraordinary differences.
 
Community Organizing – Alongside community leaders we work to build strong relationships, facilitate community meetings and organize local actions to bring positive change at the local, state, and national levels. 
 
Advocacy – We advocate for public policies that respect the dignity of all people--regardless of race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, socio-economic status or other so-called differences. 
 
Civic Participation – In partnership with local allies, our members and leaders work to grow civic participation in local communities by hosting community meetings and Know-Your-Rights Forums, executing diverse integrated voter engagement (IVE) strategies, planning local actions and engaging with public officials.
